Important Note: Warm Weather Policy
At Bogle by Nature, we craft our products using pure, raw, and organic ingredients—completely free of synthetic stabilizers, emulsifiers, or artificial waxes. Because our whipped body butters are whipped to a light, airy perfection using natural plant butters and oils, they are highly sensitive to extreme heat.
During the warmer spring and summer months, products may soften or melt during their journey to you.

Track Your Package
We highly recommend tracking your shipment closely using the tracking link sent to your email. Please try to retrieve your package as soon as it is delivered so it doesn't sit in a hot mailbox or on a sunny porch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow its path to you. Please allow up to 24 hours after your package is dropped off for the carrier to update the tracking information on their website.
Melting is Natural
If your butter melts in transit, please know that the quality, nutrients, and healing benefits of the product are completely unaffected. The only thing that has changed is the whipped texture—the air bubbles have collapsed, making the jar look less full, though the actual weight of the product remains exactly the same.
Because melting is a natural physical reaction to heat that does not compromise the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the ingredients, refunds or replacements will not be issued for products that arrive melted.
What To Do If Your Product Arrives Soft or Melted:

1. Shake it and cool it: Before opening the jar, give it a gentle shake to help redistribute the natural oils. Then, place the closed jar upright in your refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to let it quickly solidify.

2. Once it is cool and firm, it is completely ready to use! It will have a denser, balm-like texture rather than a fluffy whip, but it will still glide onto your skin beautifully and deliver the exact same deep hydration.
3. Store your jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and windows.
We take extra care in packaging our products during the hot months to minimize heat exposure, but we cannot control the weather once your package leaves our hands.

Shipping Methods & Rates
The majority of our orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). On occasion, we may use other reliable carriers like UPS to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently depending on the destination and parcel size. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.
Delivery Estimates
Once the carrier scans your package, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days to reach your door. Please note that transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Bogle by Nature.
Address Accuracy
Please carefully double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Bogle by Nature is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking says "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we understand how frustrating that can be. We gently recommend checking with family members, neighbors, or your local mail carrier first, as packages are sometimes misdelivered or hidden for safekeeping. Because we rely on our carriers to handle final delivery, Bogle by Nature is unable to take responsibility or issue refunds for packages once they are officially marked as delivered. However, we are always here to help you get the details you need to file a claim with the carrier.
